Place at room temperature, add softened butter and knead enough.

Roll the dough smoothly, sprinkle a little bit of the powder, and ferment it first.

Remove the gas from the first fermented dough!

Cut the dough in half and circle it, cover it with plastic to prevent it from drying, and ferment it for 10 to 15 minutes.

Remove the gas from the medium fermentation bread and shape the mammoth bread with a rolling pin.

Spread whipped cream on the inside of the well-baked bread. If you don't like whipped cream, you can replace it with jam. I put on some raisins after applying whipped cream.

Spread strawberry jam on the inside of the other bread. You can use other fruit jam as you like.
