Pork back-bone stew that you don't envy even good restaurants
When you want hot soup, it's spicy and savory I made gamjatang. There's a lot of meat on the bone, so it's fun to eat it.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/18
Add a slight cut to the 3-geun pork backbone and soak it in cold water to drain blood for 2-3 hours. Please change the water in the middle.
STEP 2/18
12 tablespoons of red pepper powder. 6 tablespoons of minced garlic. a tablespoon of chopped ginger. 6 tablespoons of salted shrimp. Six tablespoons of soy sauce. 1/3 cup of refined rice wine. a little bit of pepper
STEP 3/18
Mix 4 handfuls of blanched dried radish greens or cabbage with the sauce.
STEP 4/18
The potatoes were peeled with small potatoes and soaked in water.
STEP 5/18
If you boil the four muscles of pig's miscellaneous bones, which are soaked in cold water and drained of blood, the blood will be completely removed and the smell of blood will be reduced. You can also remove impurities.
STEP 6/18
Rinse the boiled pork bones in water, drain them, and boil them in a pot with water. (Pour the pork bone until it is soaked.) When the water boils, lower the heat to medium and simmer for 2-3 hours. Two green onions. 1 onion, 4 slices of ginger, 1/2 cup soju, 3 tablespoons of soybean paste, please.
STEP 7/18
When the pork bones come out and the water turns white, put enough stock and pork bones in a hot pot to boil the gamjatang and boil it with plenty of beef or dried radish greens mixed with potatoes and seasonings.
STEP 8/18
Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over medium heat. While boiling, the savory smell vibrates~ (Slightly taste it and add salt to the seasoning.)
STEP 9/18
I'm going to put it in right before I eat gamjatang. Enoki mushroom. Cheongyang chili pepper. I also cut the green onions.
