Kiwi pasta salad
Today, I prepared a kiwi fruit lunch box for my husband. It is a good menu for a light meal because it is made by mixing not only kiwi but also other fruits and pasta. I think my husband, who doesn't enjoy it much other than Korean food, will like this fruit lunch box

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Shall we boil the pusili first? Put 500cc of water in a pot and put 5g of salt on the heat, and when the water boils, add pasta and boil it well. When done, drain on a sieve and mix evenly with olive oil, salt, pepper and parsley.
STEP 2/4
Prepare gold kiwi, tangerine, bri cheese, and olives by cutting them into appropriate sizes. If you cut it too small, it's less fun to eat, so it's good to cut it into big pieces.

Add chopped ingredients to the boiled, oiled pusilli and mix gently with chopsticks. Add the dressing ingredients together, stir, and mix evenly.
STEP 4/4
I'm putting it on a plate. Since it's a fruit, cheese and pasta are included, so a light meal would be okay, right?
Usually, pasta is boiled in al dente, and the pusili in this fruit lunch box is boiled until it is fully cooked. I'll mix it with the sauce and mix it separately on fire.
