STEP 1/6
Cut the chocolate and butter and melt them in a medium bath. I used the Weinrich Dark Coverch in the picture. When it melts, add whipped cream and mix. (Turn off the gas when you're in the middle of a double boiler.)
STEP 2/6
If mixed well with whipped cream, beat the eggs and add little by little. Add sugar to the whites and whisk about 80 to 90 percent.
STEP 3/6
After washing the oranges clean with a fruit detergent, soak them in boiling water, soak them in hot water overnight to remove the wax, grind only the yellow skin on a grater, sprinkle sugar, and then put them in chocolate dough to bake chocolate. The picture is a picture of putting in an orange.
STEP 4/6
Divide the meringue into 1/3 pieces, put it in the chocolate, mix lightly, add the soft flour and cocoa powder that have been sifted twice together, mix lightly, add the remaining 2/3 pieces of meringue, and mix lightly with a rubber spatula to make a dough.
STEP 5/6
I put butter on heart silicone teuk and put flour on it and baked it. However, after baking, the chocolate cake is lit with fluffy flour. I think it would be pretty if I just put butter on it and bake it. It was preheated to 170 degrees and baked only for 20 minutes.
STEP 6/6
After baking it, separate it from the mold, cool it on a cooling net, cut the swollen part, turn it upside down, melt the chocolate with a medium hot water, poke it, apply the chocolate, and decorate it with dried strawberries (flakes) and chopped pistachio. The chocolate sprinkled with arazan (food silver bead) is baked in a rose muffin mold. Gato chocolate cake is pretty even with sugar powder on the top.
