Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces and blanch with a pinch of salt in boiling water.

Curry is a great opportunity to feed children with plenty of vegetables.. Please prepare as many vegetables as possible that children don't eat well. I prepared beef brisket, carrot, onion, potato, sweet pumpkin, and broccoli.

Cut carrots, onions, potatoes, and sweet pumpkin into 1cm squares.

When it comes to food, visual is important.^^ Cut slice cheese into squares and place on top when curry is hot. Then the cheese melts easily in hot curry. It's a cheese curry rice with a very savory and unique curry scent. The flavor of cheese goes very well with curry.^^
