Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces and blanch with a pinch of salt in boiling water.
STEP 2/10
Curry is a great opportunity to feed children with plenty of vegetables.. Please prepare as many vegetables as possible that children don't eat well. I prepared beef brisket, carrot, onion, potato, sweet pumpkin, and broccoli.

Cut carrots, onions, potatoes, and sweet pumpkin into 1cm squares.

Please also prepare cheddar and slice cheese. Even if it's not cheddar cheese, you can do anything with cheese such as Camembert and Goda. If you like the savory taste of cheese, you can add more cheese.

Grease a heated pan with cooking oil and stir-fry minced garlic and onions.
