Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Blanch the black sesame fish cake slightly in boiling water, remove the water, and cut it into quarters.
STEP 2/6
Put glutinous rice powder and starch powder in a disposable plastic bag and put sliced fish cake to coat it with frying clothes.
