Cooking Steps: STEP 1/4

Beat 6 eggs in a bowl, add 3T of chopped green onion, 2 drops of sesame oil, and 1/2 to 2/3T of salt and mix well.

STEP 2/4

Put 1 1/2 cups of anchovy kelp stock in an earthen pot and bring to a boil over high heat.

STEP 3/4

Add beaten egg water and reduce to medium heat. Cook the eggs for a minute or two.

STEP 4/4

Stir it to the floor with a wooden spatula or spoon, and it will be done in 4-5 minutes
