Cooking Steps

Add the ingredients and make the sauce.

Soak the tteokbokki in hot water for about 10 minutes and then use it to make the rice cake dry

It will taste better if you bring minced meat or fish cake with you, right? I used the leftover meat after boiling the soup because it was frozen in the freezer.

Put the drained tteokbokki rice cake in an oiled frying pan and bake it over medium heat until golden brown.
