Place eggs and sugar in bowl and whisk to one side to soften.

Add flour and baking powder to this, sift down and mix; add a little salt.

Combine cranberries and pistachios in batter.

Sprinkle flour evenly and place the dough on the cutting board. Roll the dough with your hands and make it round. Please make it about 15cm long.

Place the sheet on the oven pan and place the dough, then press the dough by hand to make it about 20cm long and about 5cm wide.

Bake in a preheating oven at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes. After cooling the bread for 10 minutes, cut it into 0.5-1cm pieces.

Place the sliced biscotti neatly in an oven pan and bake at 150 degrees for 6 minutes, then turn over and cook at 150 degrees for 6 minutes.
