Cooking Steps

First, melt the chopped chocolate in a medium bath. I mixed dark cover, 56% cacao, and macadima milk chocolate, which was very bad.

Mix the checkered flour, cocoa powder, and instant coffee. Add Kahlua and if you don't have it, you can skip it. You can add coffee extract. Lastly, mix nuts such as walnuts and almonds in moderation and finish.

Panning an oiled pan, sprinkle coconut roe, sliced almonds, etc. on top and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. If the surface is cooked and the inside is slightly moist when you test the skewers, it's okay.
