Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Slice the eggplant into 5cm thick pieces and spread it out in a microwave oven container. Put it in the microwave and cook it for about 4 minutes.

Place the cooked eggplant on a strainer or net in a sunny place and dry it for 2-3 hours.
