STEP 1/7
Shred the soaked shiitake mushrooms and marinate them in 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, sesame salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon of plum juice.

Make egg garnish and chop it, shred onions and carrots, and chop green onion salad.

Stir-fry carrots, onions, and shiitake mushrooms in a pan. Season it with salt.

Put the noodles in boiling water, pour a cup of cold water when it boils, remove the noodles when it boils again, and rinse them quickly in cold water. Sieve it and shake off the water.

Put 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of minced green onion, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of plum juice, 1 tablespoon of grain syrup, pepper, and olive oil in a pan and when it boils up

Add the noodles and stir-fry them. When the water is a little dry, turn off the heat, add a lot of sesame oil, and mix.
STEP 7/7
Mix the stir-fried ingredients with the egg garnish and mix it.
We used 15ml of measuring spoon for 1 tbsp and 5ml of measuring spoon for 1 tbsp. We used measuring cup and 200ml is one cup.
