Today, we're going to make homemade injeolmi~^^ Microwave it easily.. It's an injeolmi rice cake that anyone can make.. It's a purple injeolmi that's ground blueberries and kneaded!!

  • Honey

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Make juice by grinding blueberries with water
STEP 2/11
Put glutinous rice powder in a bowl.. Add salt and honey to the glutinous rice flour..

Instead of water, add blueberry juice and mix it with a spoon

I made a soft dough..

Cover the container with plastic wrap and put it in the microwave..

I'm going to turn on the microwave for 3 minutes

Turn the dough upside down with a spatula, and turn it upside down.. Put the wrap back on.. I'll operate it in the microwave for 2 minutes

It's a complete injeolmi dough^^

Spread some oil on the plastic bag or wrap.. Put the injeolmi dough on top.. and knead it while kneading it

Spread the bean powder on a wide tray.. Make the dough long and coat it with bean powder evenly

Cut it into bite-sized pieces and coat it with more bean powder^^

    I made it. But What is the purpose of using blueberries I'm curious. The taste and aroma of blueberries are irrelevant, and they're greasy I couldn't Is it just an additive for color? If you leave a comment on the taste it I think it'll be a good reference.
