After mixing the dough half way, add chocolate chips and whipped cream and mix it with a spatula. If you mix it for too long, you get gluten.

When the dough is complete, put about 80% in a muffin cup, cut the remaining 2 bananas into bite-sized pieces, and place them on top of the dough, and beat the pan up and down twice to drain the air. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes.
