  • ripe kimchi

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Add 500g of whole pork belly, 1/2 onion, 1/2 green onion, 1 whole garlic, 2 slices of ginger, 1 tablespoon of soybean paste, 3 bay leaves, 1 tablespoon of whole pepper, and 1/4 cup of soju and boil it for about 50 minutes.
STEP 2/3
While boiling meat, wash 1/4 head of kimchi in water and shake off the seasoning. Then, soak in cold water for about 20 minutes to remove the salty taste.
STEP 3/3
Cut the boiled pork and serve it with ripe kimchi, dried radish, and salted shrimp.
