Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Please cut various mushrooms into bite-size pieces. Wash the enoki mushrooms, remove the bottom, drop them in strands, and slice the mushrooms. Cut the onion into cubes, wash the dried peppers, remove the seeds, and cut them into 1cm pieces.
