STEP 1/8
Chop the onion into small piecesChop the paprika into small pieces Chop up the bacon, too~I used dry parsley, but if you want to use raw parsley, you can wash it clean, chop it, put it on a kitchen towel, remove the moisture, and use it~

Stir-fry minced bacon in an ungreased pan

When the bacon is oily, add the onion and stir-fry it

If the onion is well fried, add the mussel and 1C water Sprinkle salt on itOf course, if you use raw mussels, it would taste better if you put boiled mussels instead of water, right??

If you use frozen mussels, it'll cook well if you turn it upside down like mePlease boil it

When the water boils to a certain extent, add 2C of whipped cream and a little pepper

When it boils, stir it well and boil it downAnd lastly, add parsley and paprika, and that's it!!!!!!

Put it in a bowl and sprinkle the remaining cream sauceThe mussels are chewy and the cream sauce is soft, so it's really goodIt especially goes well with wine
