Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
First, steam the sweet potatoes, peel them, and mash them right away. It's convenient to crush it when it's hot. After mashing, add sugar and whipped cream and mix well.

Scoop out a tablespoon of mashed sweet potatoes, flatten them, and add a slice of moderately cut mozzarella cheese. You can use the powder one, but it's convenient because you can put the block one by one.

It is shaped like a sweet potato.

When it's all shaped like a sweet potato, make it round with red sweet potato powder so that it's evenly coated.
STEP 5/6
After panning in an oven pan, bake it for about 7-10 minutes at 180 degrees until the cheese melts in the sweet potato and the shape is firm.
