an egg roll with carrots and peas
For the pea season, I put it in an egg roll. The green color of the peas makes the food taste pretty good.

Ingredients
  • egg

  • pea
    1/4cup
  • Carrot
    1/2piece
  • Salt
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
If you cut carrots as thick as I did, blanch them in boiling water and cook them thoroughly. Blanch a little salt and peas in boiling water.
STEP 2/4
Add peas, carrots, and salt to the egg and stir.
STEP 3/4
Grease the pan, wipe with a kitchen towel, add only 1/3 of the egg water, and roll when the egg is half cooked. Place the cooked egg on one side of the pan, pour only half of the remaining egg water, and roll when half-cooked.
STEP 4/4
Place the cooked egg on one side of the pan, pour the remaining egg water, roll it, and cook the front, back, and sides thoroughly. Let cool completely and cut into bite-sized pieces.
All of my recipes used 15ml of measuring spoon for 1 tbsp and 5ml of measuring spoon for 1 tbsp. We used measuring cup and 200ml is one cup.
