Making Basil pesto
Basil, who I raised with care. I made basil pesto with fresh basil that I raised myself. It's Basil pesto with a vivid scent.
6 serving
Within 5 minutes
Ingredients
  • basil
    50g
  • Garlic
    1piece
  • pine nut
    20ea
  • olive oil
    180ml
  • Parmesan cheese
    25g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Wash the raw basil clean and drain all the water to prepare it.
STEP 2/5
Mix all the ingredients except basil in the food processor
STEP 3/5
I'll add the basil that I prepared
STEP 4/5
Close the lid and change it. That's it. If you don't have a grinder, you can use a mortar to remove olive oil and grind all the ingredients and mix olive oil.
STEP 5/5
Basil pesto with a lively scent is complete. If you don't like the pungent taste of garlic, you can add half of it. I made it thicker by adding more garlic and olive oil than the amount. So the recipe up there is one that I adjusted from the original recipe.

I need to cut back on garlic and olive oil. It's too watery.

The olive oil was three to four times more oily than other recipes, so it was hard to eat with pasta and bread
