Please trim the vegetables first. Please prepare them in bite-sized pieces that can be put on skewers.

Cut the rump into bite-sized pieces, add herb salt, pepper, and rice wine, season, and marinate for about 30 minutes.

Let's make the sauce now. I'm lazy to make sauce, so I prepared a simple commercial sauce. A1 sauce and barbecue sauce. Mix A1 sauce and barbecue sauce in a 1:1 ratio. You can add whatever you like, depending on your taste.

Please prepare skewers and put vegetables and meat evenly. It would be nice to use the vegetables at home. I just used all the vegetables at home to make it.

Place skewers neatly in an oven pan, brush with carol oil and bake in an oven preheated to 210 degrees for 6-7 minutes. It's important to cook it quickly at high temperatures.

Vegetables and meat are minced and prepared. First, stir-fry rice in canola oil over high heat. Add a bit of salt to the rice with salt. Put the rice aside and stir-fry the meat. Add chopped vegetables and stir-fry them. Add the rice that was pre-fried, season it with oyster sauce, and stir-fry it over high heat. Then, beef vegetable fried rice is done.

Lastly, spread the prepared sauce back and forth and bake it at high temperature for about 5 minutes.
