Ingredients
  • pollack roe
    2ea
  • crushed garlic
    1TS
  • Sesame oil
    2TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Add a little olive oil and salt to the water, boil the water, add the angel hair pasta, and boil it for about 7 minutes to fully cook. Angel hair pasta is similar in thickness to Korean noodles, so it cooks really quickly. Stir-fry 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a pan.
STEP 2/5
When garlic is well fried, add 2 chunks of pollack roe, tear it to shreds with chopsticks, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and stir-fry slightly.
STEP 3/5
When the pollack roe is fried, add 1 ladle of pasta boiled water.
STEP 4/5
Add angel hair pasta to stir-fry pollack roe.
STEP 5/5
Sprinkle a little bit of shichilmi and stir-fry the pollack roe well so that it goes in between noodles.
When serving, it is good to cut and sprinkle seaweed long and serve umeboshi together.
