Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces, please. Cut vegetables into similar sizes as beef.

Cook the surface of the meat in a heated pan, and stir-fry it well with butter to enhance the flavor of the meat.

Add the vegetables that you cut beforehand

Stir-fry evenly to blend well with butter.

It's the sauce I use. Add the barbecue sauce and balsamic vinegar

In a short time..Stir-fry it. If you cook the meat for too long, it will become tough.

Lastly, season with pepper powder and salt, and turn off the heat.

It's a simple chop steak.

If you put it in a bowl to make it easy to eat, you can eat meat, but it's good to eat a lot of vegetables.
I added barbecue sauce and balsamic vinegar as the sauce, but it's delicious even if you just add tomato ketchup and milk.
