Cooking Steps

Rub oranges in salt. Prepare by rubbing it again in baking soda for clean cleaning.

Pour water into a pot, boil the glass bottle to use and disinfect it.
STEP 3/5
While the sterilized bottle cools, slice the orange as thin as possible.
STEP 4/5
When the water in the sterilized glass bottle is completely gone, add a slice of orange that you cut on the side, add a spoon of sugar, and add another piece of orange, and stack it up in this order.
STEP 5/5
Cover and let ripen for more than a week.
I use the orange peel as it is, so please wash it thoroughly.
