Cooking Steps

Measure the wheat, sugar, salt, and yeast at once, sieve and place in a large bowl. Prepare butter by melting it in medium heat and cooling it down.

Combine butter, milk and vanilla extract in flour bowl. It's enough to blend together smoothly.

When the dough is mixed evenly, cover the top with a wrap to make three to four holes for breathing, and leave it at room temperature overnight for fermentation.

Leave the dough as it is, and separate the egg whites and yolks. Beat in the yolk and mix it evenly in the batter.
STEP 5/7
Put the egg whites in another bowl and make a firm meringue.
STEP 6/7
Mix meringue gently, dividing in two, and lightly coat the waffle mold with butter or oil.
STEP 7/7
Place a suitable amount of dough in a preheated waffle mold and bake until golden brown. I used a waffle maker that uses electricity. I baked it for 6 to 7 minutes and it turned out to be golden brown. If it's a waffle machine that is baked using a gas stove, 3-5 minutes would be enough.
