Cooking Steps

Prepare lemon, red paprika, green bell pepper, and onion, and cut beef into 2cm thick slices with sirloin or tenderloin. Place beef in bowl and sprinkle with herb salt. Wash lemons with salt or baking powder and blanch them in hot water. Slice the lemon and cut it into quarters.
