Before making sweet and sour pork, I'll make fried food. Mix the starch and water well and soak the starch for more than 2 hours.

Put the fried pork in the 180-degree heated frying oil and fry it until golden brown. After frying all the meat, fry it again over high heat at the end. Then it becomes crispy tangsuyuk.

Put water, sugar, and lemon juice (two lemons) in a pot and bring to a boil, stirring over the heat until the sugar melts, then add starch water and fried pork when it starts to boil. Stir the meat with a spatula and boil it while stirring so that the sauce is evenly coated!
