I baked a very large drop cookie with a lot of organic chocolate muesli and chocolate chips.
6 serving
Within 60 minutes
Ingredients
  • Soft flour
    250g
  • Butter
    135g
  • Baking powder
    4g
  • baking soda
    2g
  • Eggs
    1ea
  • Sugar
    125g
  • Chocolate chip
    200g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
First, cream butter at room temperature, add sugar and mix.
STEP 2/8
Add the eggs and mix well.
STEP 3/8
Sift together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
STEP 4/8
Prepare chocolate chips. I prepared Chunk Chocolate Chip Dark and White, Kissable Chocolate Chip, and Small Dark Chocolate Chip.
STEP 5/8
Place 1/3 of the organic chocolate muesli and chocolate chips in the dough, mixing the rest into the dough. You can use any Musley. You can use oatmeal.
STEP 6/8
Place the remaining chocolate chips on top of the dough for decoration and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, scooping one spoon at a time.
STEP 7/8
Let the cookies cool enough in a cooling net.
STEP 8/8
It's a crispy, sweet and savory Musley chocolate chip cookie. I put on the chisable chocolate chip, and it also has a colorful Christmas vibe. Grill the ingredients big enough and eat just one. I like the taste of big chocolate chips being chewed. The taste of the flakes in Musley is good, too.
