Steamed eggs in a soft rice bowl
Here's how to make it easily in a soft steamed egg rice bowl.

  • Milk
    180ml
  • salted shrimp

  • Sesame oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Place 90ml of milk per egg in a bowl. Add 180ml of milk for 2 eggs. Stir gently so that it doesn't foam too much.
STEP 2/6
After mixing milk and eggs, add 1 tablespoon salted shrimp and mix again. When you don't have salted shrimp, you can season it with salt.

Strain the egg mixture through a sieve. If you strain it through a sieve, the string will be removed, so you can taste much softer steamed eggs.

Add finely chopped carrots and pumpkins, apply sesame oil to a bowl and pour egg water. It tastes savory and prevents the steamed eggs from sticking,
