STEP 1/8
Prepare bulgogi by cutting it into appropriate sizes.
STEP 2/8
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce to make the sauce, and put 1 Ts of the sauce in the cut beef and mix it well. The rest of the seasoning will be used to season the soup. Put the glass noodles in water beforehand
STEP 3/8
If you have beef brisket, it's good to make soup with it. I don't have it, so I'll use a different method. Pour a lot of water into the pot and boil it with kelp. Heat over low heat and remove the kelp just before the water boils, and boil over medium heat for about 15 minutes with anchovies removed from the intestines. Then, make a thick kelp anchovy stock. Add 2Ts of soy sauce, 2/3ts of unrefined brown sugar, 2 pinch of salt, and a little pepper to season.
STEP 4/8
Shall we prepare the ingredients now? Chop the onions and spread them on the bottom of the pot, and cut the mushrooms in half horizontally and cut them in half vertically again. Slice it to the right thickness and put it in a pot, and cut the bottom of the oyster mushroom and add it neatly.
STEP 5/8
Prepare shiitake mushrooms by removing the bottom and slicing them, and cut green onions and red peppers sideways and put them in a pot.
STEP 6/8
Place marinated beef gently in the middle. Now that I've finished a pot and made the broth, I just need to boil it.
STEP 7/8
Bring the stock to a boil, pour it into a hot pot, and place over heat. I put the soaked glass noodles on it, but you can put it in when it's almost done later.
STEP 8/8
Bring to a boil, removing the foam, and season with the remaining sauce. Don't put all the sauce in at once, but you have to taste it.
1. 1 cup of water in the broth = 200cc
