Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Remove the end of the stem of the water parsley and cut it into 4cm long pieces to make it easy to eat. Wash the chopped water parsley 2-3 times in cold water and place it in a basket to drain.
STEP 2/3
Remove the skin of the squid and remove the ends of the legs. Blanch the squid in boiling water for about 20 seconds, put it on a basket, cool it down, and cut it into bite-size pieces.
STEP 3/3
