STEP 1/3
Prepare 1 white part of green onion, 1/4 onion, 2 cheongyang peppers, 2 garlics, 1 ginger (in garlic size) and then drain and chop it into small pieces.
STEP 2/3
Put 1 cup of cooking oil in a pan and add chopped vegetables. Turn the gas on medium and low... Please boil it sizzling.. Let me tell you how much I cook...Until the tip of the onion starts to burn brown..Now turn off the gas... Add 2T and a half of red pepper powder. To make it go well with red pepper powder and cooking oil...Cool it down like this while stirring slightly with a wooden spatula!!!
A spoonful of rice is 1T and a cup of paper is 1 cup.
