The bellflower washes clean under running water to remove the soil.

Peel and wash the bellflower and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Sprinkle salt on bellflower, rub it tightly, wash it, soak it in water for about 2 hours and 30 minutes to remove the bitter taste of bellflower, rinse it in running water, and strain it through a sieve.

Add red pepper paste, red pepper powder, plum juice, vinegar, oligosaccharide, chopped green onions, and minced garlic and mix them evenly.

Remove the tip of the cheongyang pepper, wash it in running water, and shake off the seeds.

Put bellflower root and cheongyang pepper in a bowl, sprinkle the sauce and black sesame seeds, and mix them until the seasoning is evenly soaked.
Lastly, sprinkle sesame oil and mix it again.
