Strawberry pudding, making French dessert clafuti
Clafuti is popular in France, where dessert culture is well developed. Instead of cherries, I baked strawberries and frozen raspberries.

Beat the eggs with a whisk, add milk and whipped cream, and mix well.

Add sugar, whisk well, sift together the flour and starch and mix well so that there are no lumps.

Place the strawberries in the oven heat-resistant container and pour the dough about 70% of the container. If you pour it in, it'll overflow. We also have frozen raspberries that we bought last time, so we put them in.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 30-40 minutes. I put two in at the same time, so I think it took 40 minutes. Each household has a slightly different oven temperature and the baking time varies depending on the amount of content you put in, so take a look in the middle. And only one side kept swelling, so I changed the position in the middle. If you want a pretty dish, it's sensible to change the location of the food when you use the oven
