Mackerel with teriyaki sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Roll the white part of the green onions and shred them. Dip it in cold water and gently touch it with your hands and strain it through a sieve. As if you're removing the slippery part of the green onion, you have to gently mix it three or four times and then take it out right away.

Making teriyaki sauce - Put cooking wine and sugar in a bowl and mix well until sugar is completely dissolved. Add soy sauce, ginger liquor, and starch syrup and mix them well again.

Cut the trimmed mackerel into bite-size pieces. Spread 1 spoon of refined rice wine on the fish with a rice spoon and sprinkle a little bit of salt and pepper to season.

Seasoned mackerel with starch, please. Grease a frying pan with plenty of oil, preheat over low heat, and fry mackerel crispy.
STEP 5/6
Place teriyaki sauce and 1 piece of onion in a dry pan. Boil it over low heat for about 1 minute and add the fried mackerel. Sprinkle the sauce on the mackerel, turn it over once, and boil it down until the sauce sticks to the mackerel.

You can eat cooked mackerel with seasoned scallions and rice.
