Spicy sweet and chewy buffalo wings
Buffalo wings, originating from buffalo in western New York State, United States. It has a lot of collagen, so it's chewy and spicy, so it's good as a side dish for drinking, children's snacks, or a dish for entertaining guests. I heard collagen is good for wrinkles, will it spread around your eyes if you eat a lot? It's good to make it spicy for drinking snacks and entertaining guests, and without a little hot sauce for children's. It's good as a beer snack. I think it would be perfect as a side menu or a main menu with a special table setting.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
First, cut the chicken wings well and put them in two or three cuts, and marinate them in milk for about an hour to control the smell. If you don't have milk, you can marinate it in rice wine, ginger, and pepper.
STEP 2/5
I make the sauce, too. Add all the sauce and mix well and microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. If you want a spicy taste, add more fine red pepper powder or hot sauce, and if you don't want it to be spicy, reduce the amount of hot sauce and add a little more ketchup or BBQ sauce. I ground the spicy red pepper powder finely in a food processor and put it in instead of paprika.
STEP 3/5
When the chicken wings are completely marinated, strain them in a strainer and mix with 2/3 of the prepared sauce and marinate for at least 2 hours, up to half a day, to soak in the liver. I put them to sleep at night and used them the next day.
STEP 4/5
When the chicken wings are evenly marinated, spread foil on the oven pan and place the chicken wings on top and bake them in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 to 30 minutes. You can adjust the temperature and time according to your oven. It's good that 180 degrees doesn't burn much. Bake for about 10 minutes, remove, apply the remaining sauce evenly, bake again, and turn back and forth in the middle to cook evenly. If you don't have an oven, you can stir-fry it in a frying pan so that it doesn't burn. It's better to grill it.
STEP 5/5
While baking, make honey mustard sauce. Mix mustard, honey and mayonnaise in a 1:1:1 ratio. Spicy and sweet, chewy buffalo wings are complete. They say it's good with blue cheese dressing or hot sauce, but it tastes better with sweet honey mustard sauce. It looks delicious. The sauce is well absorbed in the wings, so it's really chewy and delicious. Maybe it's because I eat it so spicy that I think I can make it a little more spicy.
