  • ground pepper
    little
  • Soy sauce
    2ts
  • brown sugar
    1/2ts
  • plum extract
    2/3ts
  • Sesame oil
    1/3ts
  • crushed garlic
    1ts
  • ground pepper
    little
  • Whole Grain Mustard
    2ts
  • Mayonnaise
    1ts
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
If the sirloin part is overcooked, it feels a bit tough. So pat the sirloin on the back of the knife to make it soft. Then pour the sauce over it and let it marinate for 20 to 30 minutes. Please prepare whole wheat bread by roasting it brown back and forth.
STEP 2/4
Slice onions and bake them in a heated pan without oil. Sprinkle with coarse salt and pepper little by little when baking.
STEP 3/4
Cook the marinated sirloin well over medium-low heat so that the sauce doesn't burn.
STEP 4/4
Cut only the leaves of the cabbage on top of the whole wheat bread, and put grilled onions and grilled pork on top. Combine whole grain mustard and mayonnaise, spread on one side of bread and cover over meat. Then the sirloin bulgogi sandwich that suits our taste is complete
You can put other vegetables such as romaine or chicory instead of cabbage leaves.
