Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut tofu into bite-size pieces, drain with kitchen towels, sprinkle with a little salt to season for about 10 minutes, and bake in an oiled pan until golden brown.

Make sauce with enough ingredients while frying tofu. I put the soy sauce to the point where it's salty, so you can add or subtract it.

Boil the water and sauce in a pan, and when it boils, add tofu and boil.

When the soup is a little bit smaller than when you first put tofu in, add the prepared kkari peppers and onions and let the soup boil down a little more. At this time, if you have anything to supplement after tasting it, you can supplement it.

When the soup gets thick, add green onions and finish.

The savory grilled tofu tasted spicy and salty seasoning, making it an amazing rice thief. It's only a matter of time before you empty a bowl of rice with just one hot braised tofu. Delicious homemade braised tofu is complete.
Tofu is more delicious because it is well seasoned if you grill it crispy rather than just gently to eat. If you put enough soup in the sauce, braised tofu is moist and good.
