STEP 1/3
Cut 1/2 head of tofu into 3 pieces horizontally and thinly. Sprinkle fine salt here and press 10 minutes later with a kitchen towel or cloth to remove moisture from the tofu.Pour a small amount of cooking oil in a frying pan, and when it heats up over low heat, put tofu on top and fry it until it is golden brown.
STEP 2/3
Ham, onions, and bell peppers. Shred paprika finely or cut into bite-size pieces.Ham and onions in a frying pan.Add bell pepper and paprika, add a small amount of cooking oil, and stir-fry. When the onion is cooked, add 5T of tomato sauce and stir it once or twice. (Keep medium heat)
STEP 3/3
Place the iron plate on the gas stove, put the fried tofu, apply a small amount of tomato sauce, and place the ingredients made in No. 4 on top of it. Sprinkle pizza cheese powder, cover with foil, and turn the gas on low heat. When the pizza cheese melts, it's done.
My measurement is 1T for a spoonful of rice. You can use bacon instead of ham.
