    I also boil ramen in an earthen pot. It tastes really good. When it boils in a regular pot, it cools down quickly and tastes bad, but when it's cooked a little bit, it cooks well. I especially like Neoguri ~ When you cook ramen in a regular pot, add the frozen green onion and the ramen becomes chewy
