Sweet and savory sweet potato gratin
It's a sweet and delicious sweet potato even if you eat it as it is, but it's also good to enjoy it as a special gratin in a sweeter and tastier way. Sweet custard cream and almond slices are added to make it sweeter and more savory.

Cooking Steps

First, I make custard cream in the microwave. 1. Mix the yolk, sugar, and vanilla oil well. 2. Add milk to 1 and mix. 3. Put the sifted flour into 2. 4. Sift 3 once. 5. Put it in a heat-resistant container, cover it with plastic wrap, and microwave it for 3 minutes. 6. Take it out, mix it well, cover it with plastic wrap, and microwave it for 3 minutes. 7. Take it out, mix it, add a piece of butter and melt it. 8. Put the wrap close to the finished custard cream and cool it in the refrigerator. After editing, the pictures 5 and 6 have changed.

Peel and boil the sweet potatoes and mash them when they are hot.
