Make seasoned soy sauce. You have to make soy sauce 3T, cooking wine 1T, pepper powder 1ts, minced garlic 1/2T, minced green onion 1T, 1/2 green pepper, and sesame oil 1/2T seasoning soy sauce in advance so that the seasoning soy sauce is delicious.

Ugeogi does not have a chewy taste only when you remove a vinyl-like shell from the top. Cut it into bite-size pieces..I'll season it. 1T perilla oil, 1/2T minced garlic, a little bit of salt

Season the pork too. 1/2T of minced garlic, 1T of ginger liquor, a little pepper powder, a little salt

Put a little bit of perilla oil in a heated earthen pot and stir-fry the seasoned pork. Pork needs a little bit of oil to make it softer... You don't like pork fat...;;; I cut everything off. You don't have to oil the pork if it has enough fat.

When the pork is cooked, add the seasoned cabbage and stir-fry it together.

Season slightly with salted shrimp. I don't have enough liver..Salted shrimp is a clean vegetable stew.

I'll put in the beige...Pour 3C broth and bring to a boil. Use anchovy kelp broth for broth!
STEP 8/8
It's a very savory beef stew. It's very good to eat white rice with sauce.
For those who don't have Bizzy...It's really delicious even if you soak a cup of white beans and grind them.
