Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
I prepared chicken in advance, dipped it in milk, and used it. Prepare potatoes, carrots, onions, peppers, and green onions.

Prepare 2TS of red pepper powder, 1TS of red pepper paste, 1TS of oligosaccharide, 1TS of sugar, 1TS of garlic, and 2TS of Cheongju (soju) marinade with a small amount of seasoning.

Boil the chicken a little bit.

After boiling the chicken once, add 1.5 cups of water, 1TS of salt, and pepper and boil the chicken.

When the chicken is half cooked, add the potatoes and carrots and boil them again.
