Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Dissolve frozen blue crabs in water and strain them through a sieve.
STEP 2/4
Mix dark soy sauce, red pepper powder, minced garlic, ginger powder, plum extract, mirin and agave syrup evenly to make the sauce, season with salt, and add a drop of sesame oil.
STEP 3/4
Please remove the crab moderately. I cut half of my body, and I cut the ends of my thin legs with scissors. And the claw legs are slightly broken to make it easier to eat by beating them with the back of a knife.
STEP 4/4
Put the dismantled crab into the sauce and mix it evenly. You can eat it as soon as the seasoning is done, or after ripening it in the refrigerator for about a day.
Crab and honey are at opposite ends. So please avoid honey when you cook crab. If you eat it with honey and crab, you can get sick...
