Prepare nuts such as whole almonds, peanuts, dried blueberries, and dry cleanberries, sift glutinous rice flour, black rice powder, and baking powder into a bowl, then mix with sugar. I didn't add salt because it's glutinous rice powder that was ground from the mill For commercial glutinous rice flour, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Add warm milk and mix without clumping; add grape seed oil and mix.

Add nuts and mix, then spread the parchment paper (15*15), pour the dough, and flatten the bottom about twice.

Bake in the oven for 180 degrees 30 minutes, cool it down, and cut it into (2*7) sizes.

Dissolve dark chocolate in medium heat, coat it with glutinous rice cake, place it on top of it with parchment paper or vinyl, decorate it with crunch, coffee beans, or strawberry diced before it hardens, and harden it in a cold place or refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
Sift the powder in advance.
Prepare dry cleanberries in rum or warm water.
Heat milk warm or let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
