Cooking Steps

Remove one by one, wash it in running water, and wipe it clean with a kitchen towel.

Put dark chocolate (150g) in a medium bowl and melt it with hot water underneath. (Cover is tempered in the order of 45 - 27 - 32) You can skip tempering when using coated chocolate.

Dip green grapes in melted chocolate and harden them on parchment paper.
STEP 4/5
Please harden it in a cool place (veranda) or a couple of freezer.
STEP 5/5
When the chocolate hardens, mix 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder and coat it evenly.
Drain the grapes completely. Please be careful because chocolate won't harden if it doesn't dry well.
