STEP 1/13
Beat in butter gently. I have to hurry up and go to sleep It's in the microwave.
STEP 2/13
Add sugar and mix. Until the two of you mix well
STEP 3/13
Add eggs one at a time and mix them well
STEP 4/13
Mix the flour and cocoa powder well until the powder is not visible.
STEP 5/13
When it's all mixed, mix it together in the previous egg mixture.
STEP 6/13
Put it in the piping bag.
STEP 7/13
Squeeze into a cookie pan about 5 centimeters in size and bake in a preheated 190-degree oven for about 8 minutes. If you don't like the size, think of regular choco pie and squeeze only half of it? It swells up when you go into the oven, so always squeeze half of the actual size
STEP 8/13
Bake at 190 degrees for 8 minutes.
STEP 9/13
I'm making whipped cream. About 100 whipping cream and 10 percent of the sugar is needed. If you want it less sweet, you can stir it with your hands, but it's faster if you use a machine like me. Lift it up with a spoon and stir it so that it doesn't fall off
STEP 10/13
Turn the baked cookies upside down and squeeze the whipped cream, fill it with whipped cream, and cover it again
STEP 11/13
Dissolve the coating chocolate in a medium bath and coat the cookies. When the front is hardened, coat the back as well.
STEP 12/13
It drips a little when you coat it, so even if the shape isn't good, you'll learn it after applying it a few times. Apply it on the top first and let the side run down, so the back side will make it look prettier.
STEP 13/13
I'm done making it at the Choco Pie place
Don't use piping bag vinyl, use a washable piping bag. You can leave it and use it.
