Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Press heavy tofu to remove moisture
STEP 2/7
Blanch sausage in boiling water for 1-2 minutes to remove grease and synthetic additives.
STEP 3/7
Add a little minced carrot and a teaspoon of salt to 1/4 of the dehydrated tofu and knead it as much as possible to make it sticky.
STEP 4/7
Bread crumbs are more savory if you slightly dry the leftover bread and grind it in a carter or grater.
STEP 5/7
Cut off the slices of bread and roll it thinly with a rolling pin.
STEP 6/7
Spread half of the kneaded tofu on the bread and top with sausage. Roll the bread, cover it with egg water, coat it with bread crumbs, and put oil on a heated frying pan, turn it over medium heat and bake it until golden brown.
STEP 7/7
It tastes better with ketchup
