Don't squeeze the water out of the tofu, please. Finely chop the potatoes, zucchinis, and onions, and slice the green onions sideways.

Mash the tofu into a bowl of kimchi, mix 1 egg, 5 tablespoons of glutinous rice flour, 2 tablespoons of pancake powder, 3 tablespoons of kimchi soup, and 2 tablespoons of water.

It's hard to flip because it's sticky rice. You can turn the plate over, or fry it in bite-sized pieces to match the size of the spatula. Turn it over, press the dough with a fritter tender, spread it thin, and cook it one more time.
