STEP 1/8
Add salt to the non-glutinous rice flour and put it down once and knead it until it doesn't break when you hold it by hand. (The dough is a little bit tougher than when you make a rice cake.)^^) If you want something sweeter, knead it with sugar.
STEP 2/8
Pour water into a steamer and bring to a boil over high heat.
STEP 3/8
When the water boils up, put a wet cloth on the steamer's middle frame and steam the prepared rice powder for 15 to 20 minutes.
STEP 4/8
Put it in a plastic bag and knead it well so that it becomes sticky when it is hot. Divide the dough into four pieces and put the white dough in a plastic bag so that it does not dry.
STEP 5/8
Spread the plastic on a flat surface and apply a bit of oil, and mix the rest of the white dough with matcha powder and white lotus vinegar powder
STEP 6/8
Please take off the white dough and make it long, and make the matcha dough the same length as the white dough.
STEP 7/8
Twist the two into a twist shape, cut them into appropriate sizes, and bend the front like a cane You can make the white lotus root stick slice as well. Apply sesame oil to the finished cane slice.
STEP 8/8
I'm done making cane slices/rice cakes on my own!
